Bill McMillin KINGSPORT, Tenn. Bill McMillin, 60, 4501 Brightwood Lane, Kingsport, died Friday in the Holston Valley Hospital and Medical Center. He was born in Winston County, and had lived in Kingsport since 1948. He was a 1948 graduate of Georgia Tech, and was employed by Tennessee Eastman Co. as a superintendent of the Textile Fibers Division, until February 1984.

He was a Army Air Corps veteran of World War II. He was a past member of the Kiwanis Club, chairman of the Tri-City Airport Commission, and was an official for the TSSAA for 18 years. He was also a member of the Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Betty Jane Moore McMillin, Kingsport; three sons, Dr.
