I thought GAL's were supposed to be representing the child in the middle? Alicia had like 5 months to visit with our child. Maybe an at school visitation would have been a great idea, a sort of neutral place, right? She didn't. She reached out to the school. She could've went in, maybe had lunch with our son, maybe be friendly and not so monotone. Alicia dropped the ball. I had high hopes that Alicia could see through my narcissistic ex's(N-ex) fake personality. Kind of like DCFS, they don't make money by fixing issues, they only make money off the issues and sustaining problems. My N-ex filed a false DCFS report and a false Emergency OP on me, the next day after she decides to take our son back from not having had him for the past two and a half months. Two and a half months she abandoned our son with me, causing an enormous emotional toll on our son, a rift between my family and I bc she doesn't want parental responsibility. I made a call to DCFS when she wouldn't take our child for her parenting time. Dcfs told me that he wasn't abandoned because he still had me, Dad. All the while she didn't care. No empathy at all for our little boy. Alicia was aware of all this and relayed none of Rebecca' s dysfunctional lifestyle, poor choices, inappropriate relationships, and shotty work history. I sent Alicia everything via email, One example being the time when Mom threatened to leave our minor child with known criminal and domestic abuser Kevin Bell bc she suddenly had to work after only about 12 hrs into the day with our son, excuses after excuses. She really had "better things" to do. Don't worry, I wouldn't put our child in harms way. I told her to bring him to m, Dad. She did willingly and promptly.Furthermore, Alicia displayed unprofessionalism and bias, which compromised the integrity of the process. The report failed to address critical issues and appeared to be hastily prepared although she had plenty of time. I delivered her $2,000 on December 22nd. I text Alicia on February 7th about meeting our son. No response. Thursday April 18th Alicia asked if I had our son or did Rebecca, she didn't even have Rebecca's number although I had provided it to her on December 22nd. On April 21st she came to my home and visited with her son. My home was clean nothing fancy, some toys and some clutter. Son and I were constructing a Lego set on the kitchen table. No pot smoke, as indicated in Alicia's GAL report for Mom's house. I wasn't cleaning as indicated in Alicia's GAL report of Mom's house. No. I was spending my time with our son, doing something he enjoys. Alicia had noticed a drawing on our son's door frame of a stick figure that read "mean mom" Our son did that while his Mom had "better" things to do. You really dropped the ball on this, Alicia.I strongly advise others to seek alternative options for Guardian Ad Litem services to ensure a more comprehensive and impartial assessment. I look for Alicia to retaliate after seeing my review, tough stuff. You shouldn't cut corners on any job, especially not when a little boy's mental, physical and emotional well being are at stake. I'm deeply saddened and no justice was served. It's a skewed system and my heart breaks for the many good fathers out there, going through what I went through and and still going through with a narcissistic personality type as a co-parent. It’s like saying I don’t have diabetes because my blood sugars were normal at the doctor’s office because I take INSULIN! We suspect xenophobia as the psychologist had some questionable things. We should have changed then, but we have had a lot of stress since my husband was diagnosed was stage 2/3 leukemia and needed weekly treatment immediately as he has the more aggressive version that spreads rapidly and can be resistant to treatment. We talked with one person at the front desk saying they were meeting on this, which had gone for over a week! Only after over a week of not having their meds, did we get any with someone else’s help.Then our child apparently was very upset in the stall and a couple of kids were playing the “wake up” games (so sick of these sophom*oric Tik tok/social media games) and our teenager came out so angry (due to not being on meds as that’s one of the reasons they are on them) and hit one of the students today.Now, physical violence is inexcusable, and they are suspended for the day. But I do feel this could have been prevented somewhat if they had their adhd meds. This is the first time our child has ever acted out, although they do have some mental health issues with anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation. This should have motivate their psychologist to be even more urgent with our request, but they were the absolute opposite. Avoid these people at all costs!! They do not care about their patients, and they are immoral at best and incompetent at the worst. Or maybe both. Especially when it comes to mental health issues, life is hard enough. Nope, you can't smoke, but you do have access to phones, computers, TV (with Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, Disney +, etc.), the outside, and fitness daily. While they have some temperature issues-- bring a sweater/hoodie no matter the time of year as parts of the place get chilly, it is clean and comfortable. Their yoga instructor (Go Whitney!), chef, food staff, and food are beyond wonderful. Outpatient/aftercare in Chicago was just as helpful and professional. It's my eight-month sobriety anniversary and I am still improving: I am working again, and I am grateful to be alive. Much of that I owe to SunCloud staff for lifting me back up, giving me the tools I needed, and teaching me to keep heading in the right direction. Please all staff know: You are making a difference and changing lives!If you really want help and are ready to work hard to make your life better-- something you've got to decide to do for yourself and then actually DO, I can't recommend a better team or agency to help you get there and stay there!

What an amazing ISP. I honestly didn't expect to have speeds like this living in a small rural town, but I decided to switch from kraus. Surf offered Speeds More than Double what i was paying for at Kraus for half the price. I have 1Gig Up and Down. Aroun $80 a month for it. Kraus was charging me $100 for 300Mbps. a ton of research, the RR Forum is awesome, and I joined the RR Owners club. I emailed personally about 40 members in the Chicago area to ask where they have their similar models serviced. Park Motors and other shops had numerous positive references. I ended up with Rod (he is from Perth, Australia) and took my car in for fluid changes, a fuel tank line smell, hydraulic system check. The big item ended up being rebuilding/replacing the brake accumulators, the fuel line was replaced, and a few other items addressed. What impressed me was Rod's attention to detail, he fixed minor things for me at little or know cost because he was bothered by trim that needed attention, odometer fix, etc. the accumulators were not cheap but I was very confident in Rod's work, and in developing an ongoing maintenance plan for my Wraith. I am definitely going back, and feel more confident in using the car as a daily driver during the nicer months knowing that I have support from Park Ward Motors. TJ

I understand staffing shortages in this day and time, but I don't understand neglect. We do not have family in the same state, so visits are few. There are probably other issues that I am not even aware of because I can't be there. My loved one, now, has COVID which she got while at Thrive. Their daily neglect worries me that she will not get the attention she needs as it pertains to COVID. An older patient with COVID should see a nurse long before 11:00 am. Jonathan is a smooth operator, but a great property manager he is not, and neither is his assistant, Anna. They placate the elderly board members of Ramar House but are essentially running the HOA themselves. I saw enough at the last meeting, after sitting in that over 100 degree temperature (maybe they were using a tactic, I don’t know) to see that they use bureaucratic language to appease the board members so that they won’t make a big fuss over necessary projects. I think River Elm should be fired when their terms are up, and we should seek another management company. They’ll say that I’m rude and I’m completely in the wrong, but I’ll be completely honest: we most definitely would’ve had a great relationship if they had shown any empathy or interest from the beginning. But it was pretty apparent from the time I moved in that these people are only willing to do the bare minimum, which are cheap projects around the building that don’t amount to much, when there are larger fish to fry. I told Jonathan I wanted to sell my unit within two years, especially after hearing another owner has been dealing with her wall leaking, due to the same tuckpointing issue as I am, FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS. He didn’t have a timeline or anything re: when this brick work will be done. As he mentioned, ComEd refuses to shut down our grid, which would allow the tuckpointers to work without any immediate danger. However, Jonathan also offhandedly mentioned “maybe we’ll call them tomorrow…” maybe… maybe… I don’t know about you, but the “maybe” inspires very little confidence. Their personal bias against me has become a true problem at this point, and I suspect they are elongating the repairs as much as possible to upset me and my wife. The thing is, we would all be a lot happier if I weren’t living here. So you’d think it’d be in all of our best interests to expedite this process. But no… slow going are the stupid cogs of bureaucracy, especially when the gatekeepers have a personal vendetta against you. Jonathan and his cronies are crooks pretending to be friends. They don’t live in community housing, so why do we even listen to them? They’re not even in our same tax bracket. They can’t even relate to the common people of the buildings they manage. A landlord is more effective than these glorified extortionists. River Elm is terrible and so is Ramar House Condo in Forest Park.Also, my wife asked for monthly updates on the ComEd and tuck-pointing 2 weeks ago. Sent another email yesterday, 11/30/23, basically telling you that we did your job for you in a fraction of the amount of time it took you to learn incorrect information about a grid shut-off, when ComEd has confirmed they will never do that. You must’ve either known and were lying or didn’t know and should’ve, because we have a practical solution that you’re ignoring. Still waiting on your reply. Low fluid and slips5) After 4 weeks, only on day of return, they advise "a small leak" from hydro-boost ($500+). I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with MTD Lawn Care, Inc., and I feel compelled to share my experience as a warning to potential customers.I initially reached out to MTD Lawn Care, Inc. for a project estimate, hoping to take advantage of their highly-reputed services. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment. After calling to schedule an estimate request on 8/28/23, A gentlemen arrived on 8/31/23 to look at my project to provide an estimate.

I was told that I would have an estimate that evening or at latest the next day and that it's would be sent electronically..I expected to receive the estimate or at least an acknowledgment of my inquiry. Frustratingly, 5 days passed by without receiving the promised estimate. I reached out via SMS again, asking if the estimate has been completed. I received a reply with the excuse that there was a football game and that they had to leave town, etc but that the estimate would be worked up and sent promptly. Eight more days passed without any contact from them. Another text message was sent for another follow-up. The message was delivered and read by the recipient but still no answer or acknowledgement whatsoever. Now, I understand that businesses can get busy, but this level of neglect and lack of professionalism is inexcusable. It left me questioning whether they truly value their customers or are capable of providing the services they claim to offer.I had high hopes of working with MTD Lawn Care, Inc. but the utter lack of communication has completely soured my opinion of them. If a company cannot even respond to a simple inquiry, how can they be trusted to deliver on their promises for a more complex project?I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with MTD Lawn Care, Inc. and select a company that actually seems to care about potential customers.Based on my experience, their lack of responsiveness raises serious doubts about their commitment to customer satisfaction on the whole. There are many other businesses out there that prioritize their customers and their needs.In conclusion, my interaction with MTD Lawn Care, Inc. has been incredibly disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. the lug nut was stolen. Keep in mind, the missing lug nut is the "wheel lock nut" (see other tire for reference). Therefore, that would be literally the only lug nut that someone cannot steal. Also even if they tried, why would they take just one and not the others? Refusal of accepting basic logic implies that the shop owner simply does not care to ensure any quality of care.We didn't ask for much here. We did not even ask for a refund for the poor service provided, although that would have been fair to request. All we asked for was for them to retighten the remaining lug nuts just in case any were loose.
