    Very nice facilities, well kept and sanitized. The trainers are very kind and attentive. There isone trainer William Lee who helped meeven though Iwasn't training under him toadjust and work onnew machines. Myonly issue with this location are the stairs that you have totrek toget toone section toanother when the elevator isfull, but that ismy only issue

      it's very dirty, all the exercise machines areold, everything isbroken orworking with the last ofits strength, the locker rooms are all dirty, saunas are dirty, showers are all dirty, snot, mold… etc

          The ONLY reason Iwould give this Club location less than perfect score isbecause itdoesn't get HGTV--but its manager even responded tothat issue!

          Incredibly well maintained. There ispride from Management atthis Club, which there isnot atany other NYSC Club Ihave ever beento. Itisn't that air conditioning doesn't goout,etc.--it isthat Management rushes tofixit. They actually care about their members. Itis apleasure towork out here. Iwould work out here every day ifit we

            I joined when Imoved tothe neighborhood sothat Icould work out when weather was not good for outdoor workouts. Air conditioning has not been working properly this summer (no air inthe main cardio area where treadmills are located), it’s impossible towork out there onhot days. The GMwas very apologetic and gave mesome compensation, but overall the gym has been very disappointing!

                There’s ZERO ACor any air for that matter onmost floors but really floor two isso hot that you can barely workout. Itried torun ona treadmill and almost passed out because itfeels hotter inside than itdoes outside. Why dowe pay more than other gyms and not have any cool air oncertain floors??

                      This club charged meduring Covid and didn’t let mequit even though Isent them aletter, continuously went bythe gym tosee ifit was opento, itwas always closed, continuously called corporate -eventually had togo tothe bank but they got mefor about agrand

                        Equipment isold and some ofthe machines are rusted. Some machines you can’t even use because it’s missing the stick that you place inthe weights tobegin the exercise. The staff isnice but Idon’t come here for nice staff. Icome toworkout and it’s unfortunate that the equipment failsus. Honestly wepay nearly 4times asmuch than Blink ofPF and while they have their own set ofissues, atleast their equipment isfrom this century.

                          Horrible experience!!! I've been trying toreach amanager orsomeone who could cancel mysubscription since Ikeep getting charged month tomonth, even though Imoved out ofthe city over ayearago. They will give you the run around and are pretty cut and dry even over the phone. Iwouldn't recommend anyone tosign uphere.. heed mywarning.

                              They were DECEPTIVE With the MonthlyFee.
                              I Didn't LIKE the Attitudes ofthe Trainers. Other Members had toshow meHow ToUse Equipment. It's aNO for meat 94th Street.
                              Maybe Other Locations are LESS Disrespectful. Iwas Never Comfortable enough touse the Steam Room orShower, SoNo Knowledge.

                                  Most ofthe spin bikes are broken. Either the resistance doesn't work orthere isa skip inthe pedals,etc. There are only three outside the spin room and two ofthem have issues.

                                      The worst gym ever. I've been going togyms for over 40years and this place isthe worst run ever. Unless you are paying their trainers, the management, trainers and staff will treat you like second rate citizens. They have nogym rules posted and the trainers can claim work out machines when there isonly one likeit, for aslong asthey like, whether they are training aclient orworking out themselves, sometimes taking uptwo machines ata time. Ifyou ask them how long they are going tobe, they take offense and management will back them upand throw you out claiming you are being disrespectful. When you call the corporate office, they simply say they can't override the managers decision, sothere isno oversight. The locker rooms are not safe and have break-ins all the time and have locker doors falling off their hinges. Paint isfalling from the ceilings and machines don't work half the time. You can have amuch better experience ateither Blink orPlanet Fitness for $10.00bucks amonth for amuch better gym experience.– show
